Including Archived Time

Archived time can be viewed by accessing the Archives tab on a user’s Hourly Time or Project Time page or by running reports. When running reports, make sure the Archived Records checkbox filter is selected as seen here.

Including Inactive Users

The data for inactive (terminated/deactivated) users can be included in reports using the following process.

  1. Select Reports in the left menu.
  2. Select a report.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Un-check the box to Include All Active Users.
  5. At the bottom of the list of users, click the blue link to show for Archived Users.
  6. Check the box next to the names of the archived users you wish to include in the report.
  7. Finish filling out the report form and run the report.
