These settings control how the user’s schedule is shared among teammates and dynamically references the user hierarchy on the Dashboard when granting sharing privileges based on the options described below.

1. Which higher level users can view this person’s schedule?
- Direct supervisors only: This user’s direct supervisor will be the only other user who can view their schedule.
- All direct superiors: This user’s direct supervisor, as well as that supervisor’s direct supervisor, the direct supervisor of that supervisor, and so on up to the top-level administrator will be able to view this user’s schedule.
- All superiors under the same Admin: Any supervisor at a higher level and under the same administrator as this user will be able to view their schedule.
- All superiors in the account: Any supervisor at a higher level than this user can view their schedule, even if they are under a different administrator.
2. Which peer level users can view this person’s schedule?
- None: Only higher-level users will be able to view this user’s schedule.
- All peers assigned to the same supervisors: Users of the same level, under the same supervisor, will be able to view this user’s schedule.
- All peers under the same Admin: Any user of the same level can view the user’s schedule, even if they are under a different supervisor. Users of the same level but under a different administrator cannot view this user’s schedule.
- All peers in the account: Any user of the same level can view the user’s schedule, even if they are under a different supervisor and/or administrator.
3. Which lower level users can view this person’s schedule?
- None: Only users of the same or higher levels will be able to view this user’s schedule.
- All subordinates assigned to this user: Only the users reporting directly to this user can view their schedule.
- All subordinates under the same Admin: Any user of a lower level than this user can view their schedule, even if they are under a different supervisor. Users of a lower level but under a different administrator cannot view this user’s schedule.
- All subordinates in the account: Any user of a lower level than this user can view their schedule, even if they are under a different supervisor and/or administrator.
The My Team’s Status Table
When enabled, the My Team’s Status table will display on a user’s timesheet. The My Team’s Status table shows the in/out status of team members whose schedules have been shared in accordance with the settings detailed above.
