Depending on your account configuration, you may be able to enter time using a form rather than the Clock In/Out buttons. To use the time entry form:
- Click My Timesheet in the left menu.
- Ensure that you are viewing the Hourly Time page, and navigate to the Time Entry tab.
- Select the proper Time Classification from the available options.
- Set the date and time for the record.
- Select an account code and input any necessary work notes.
- Click the Save New Record button to complete your entry.
If supervisor approval is required, the record will post as pending on your timesheet until it has been approved.
