Sometimes employees return to work after having been laid off or moved from one office to another. There are many reasons why an email address might already be in the Timesheets.com database.
If you attempt to add an employee and receive a message about the email address already being in use, it means that there is an existing account with that user’s email address. The email account may be in your account on the Dashboard’s Archived Users tab, or it could be in another account altogether.
