Changing the Primary Administrator

Each account has an owner referred to as the primary administrator. By default, this is the user who initially created and set up the account. All receipts and official communications are directed to the primary administrator, and they are the only user with direct access to payment and subscription information.

To change your primary administrator to another user, please contact us for assistance. The primary administrator can be replaced by any other administrator-level user in the account. will attempt to verify that the existing primary administrator approves of the request before the change can be completed.
